Operations Manager

We are hiring a generalist in New York City to help us grow the company from the 15 person startup we are today to a company capable of launching a product to thousands of customers. As our first dedicated operations hire, we want someone who is scrappy, learns quickly and is excited to wear lots of hats, but who can also think strategically and build systems that will help us scale.

Core responsibilities:

• Business operations. Building a new business requires problem solving across numerous domains and bringing order to chaos. One day you’ll be negotiating a lease with an office space in Europe, the next you’ll be planning our next company onsite, the next you’ll be building our 2023 budget. And throughout you’ll be working closely with our COO to make sure that we are prioritizing the right things and getting those things done.
• Beta program. Recruit a pipeline of clinically-relevant people to test our product, manage our testing program and help feed learnings back into the product team.

• You’re excited to get your hands dirty and build a technology company from the ground up. Experience in a startup environment a definite plus. You’re not afraid to do it yourself.
